Returns & Refund Policy

Your purchase of books is covered by a worldwide warranty valid for 12 months.

1. Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please email us at queries@mayobookspress.com explaining the issue and reason for return. We will issue an Authorised Return Number (ARN), which must be clearly displayed on the front of the returned package. All warranties are handled on a back-to-base basis.

2. Returns Without Authorised Number

Any return received without a valid Authorised Return Number will not be opened and will be held in our store for collection by the customer.

3. Items Purchased in Error

We do not offer refunds for items purchased in error unless they are returned in brand new, resale condition.

4. Read Books

Refunds are not available for books that have already been read.

5. Refund Eligibility Period

To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned within 7 days of purchase and must include a valid Authorised Return Number.

6. Late Returns

For goods returned after 7 days from delivery, a refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee of the total order value.
